1. Thala Beach lodge
5 star Thala Beach Eco Lodge, located just south of Port Douglas, sits spectacularly atop a headland with breathtaking views of the Coral Sea. Deluxe timber bungalows are built high on stilts and nestle in the forest canopy providing an unobtrusive relationship with the natural world.  Paths meander through rainforests onto private sandy beaches placing guests in an unsurpassed secluded, relaxing environment.

2. Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures
Your day beings with a luxury coach transfer from your accommodation to Freshwater Railway Station for a historical rail journey to Kuranda. Enjoy breathtaking views enroute, including the cane fields of Cairns to the tropical rainforest of Kuranda. Upon arrival in Kuranda, there is limited free time before boarding Skyrail at 11.30am. Relax & enjoy the world’s most beautiful rainforest experience, stopping enroute to explore the two stations, including boardwalks & the CSIRO Interpretive Centre.

After arriving at Caravonica Lakes, our coach will collect you & transfer you to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures – the best place to see crocodiles in Tropical North Queensland. Join us for a unique eco experience on the lagoon cruise through the ecologically significant Melaleuca wetlands; the domain of the saltwater crocodile.

3. Ocean Safaris Cape Tribulation
Your half day eco tour begins at Cape Tribulation beach and in only 25 minutes you can be snorkeling on the “Great Barrier Reef” itself.  An exhilarating ride on our high powered, purpose built vessel to Mackay and Undine Reefs allows you two exciting hours for exploring the pristine coral and abundant marine life in absolute serenity. Your Skipper and Eco host will make sure that your day is filled with fun and appreciation of the Great Barrier Reef, seabirds and the coastal rainforest of the Daintree. Our vessel only takes small groups of up to 25 to allow our crew to give you individual attention.
