Paul is a Managing Partner of the Ningaloo Reef Retreat, located on Western Australia’s Exmouth Cape, and also a principle of Pureco.

Ningaloo Reef Retreat is an award winning ECO Camp located adjacent Ningaloo Reef in the Cape Range National Park.  Paul has been instrumental since establishing the ECO Retreat in 1997, in achieving an internationally recognised innovative ECO product, complimentary to the surrounding ecology in the Cape Range and Ningaloo Reef.

Paul’s other passion is Pureco, an environmental consultancy that specialises in built environment, interpretation and sustainability. The Ningaloo Reef Retreat is a model ecotourism development and was the first eco camp developed in a National Park in WA and has won awards for both its design and its interpretive tours.

Paul is trained in economics and human resource development and has consulted to Tourism Western Australia, the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and many private organisations.
