Stephen has over thirty years direct experience in the travel and tourism industry, having commenced his tourism industry career in Cairns, with the past six years as Chief Executive of Ecotourism Australia.

Stephen additionally served three years on the Ecotourism Australia Board prior to being appointed to the CEO role.

Stephen has variously managed Resorts throughout Queensland, over ten years managing Regional Tourism authorities in Queensland and Western Australia, and five years as national product manager, and national manager - holidays, for a national passenger transport group.

Stephen's experience is principally based within international tourism and travel marketing, underpinned by a very sucessful track record of senior level management expertise.

Stephen is a top placed student graduate from the School of International Tourism in Adelaide.
