"Defining Australia's Natural Experiences"

Bruce Leaver will present the challenge that Australia currently faces regarding the use of the "national park" designation.

His presentation will show the importance of the "national park" brand for international tourism and explain the limitations of World and National Heritage listing. The presentation will propose a new national system of designating key landscapes to create strong tourism brands.

Finally, Bruce will present and explain the partnership between Tourism Australia and Parks Australia, which has the purpose of helping Australia maximise the potential of its unique natural and cultural experiences.
