Our newest tour, the 2 hour All Terrain Adventure gives you the opportunity to ride faster for longer and see more of our beautiful countryside. With more time on the quad bike this tour is ideal for those wanting to gain confidence over more terrain, or for the already experienced rider wanting to extend the action and adventure.

 Daytime Nature Tour

Guided quad bike tour for 1.5 hours through winding bush trails and open grassland. Suitable for anyone from 6 years old, this tour gives families fun and adventure while learning about the native flora and fauna of Kangaroo Island.

 Dusk Kangaroo Tour

The 1.5 hour Dusk Tour has all the fun and adventure of the daytime tour, but setting off two hours before the sunset, we GUARANTEE you’ll see Kangaroos in their natural environment. Finish the tour with panoramic views of Vivonne Bay, “Australia’s Best Beach” as the sun sets behind you.

 Extreme Quad Adventure

Looking for excitement and challenge? Not for the faint hearted, this adventure will be memorable. With 2.5 hours to ride, we’ll take you on a ride that will cover bush trails and grassland, then test your skills as we head to the coast for the spectacular views of the Southern Ocean from the cliff tops at a remote beach. Even the most experienced rider will enjoy the technical terrain and the opportunity to push the limits. This is the best way to get off road on Kangaroo Island.

 Kayak Hire

Looking for some peace and tranquility on your holiday. Try paddling one of our Kayaks on the Harriet River. Our kayaks are the latest sit on top design from RTM in Europe and come with backrest for comfort. Glide past a variety of birds and other wildlife as you paddle up to five kilometers of the calm and meandering Harriet River, enjoying the beautiful scenery. We help you to launch the kayaks on the river, which is just 400 metres away from our office at Vivonne Bay. Our single kayaks are swift and streamlined, making them a pleasure to paddle on your own or alongside friends for company. The ideal choice for families or couples is the double kayak with a wide hull for stability. They are easy and fun to paddle and can seat up to 2 adults and 2 small children. Paddles and life jackets are provided.

 Sandboard and Toboggan Hire

Hire one of our quality sandboards, hand crafted in Australia by Sandgroper, and experience the thrill of board riding on Little Sahara. Choose a stand up board for tricks or speed, or a wider toboggan that has been designed to sit on. Fun for children and adults this is a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and is perfect for families looking to have fun together, or extreme sport enthusiasts looking for some adrenalin on holiday. With few weather concerns, sandboarding provides year-round accessibility not always available with other extreme sports. The brilliance and purity of the white sand at Little Sahara forms a spectacular sand dune system covering two square kilometres. Formed by eroding sandstone, the dunes are surrounded by dense coastal Mallee scrub. The dunes vary in size, from the peak at 70 metres above sea level, to gentler slopes ideal to learn on and start your ride. Little Sahara is an area of geological significance and listed as a heritage area. Remember, take nothing but photographs and leave only footprints (and sandboard tracks!).
