  • Imeson Cottage

    A beach cottage with uninterrupted views of 'The Pass', one of Australia's premier surf destinations, Imeson Cottage provides the ideal location for those that love the beach! Located in the Cape Byron State Conservation Area this unique cottage has been used as a beach holiday shack for nearly 100 years. Imeson Cottage was erected in the early 1900's by George Imeson for 'the kids to use as a holiday house'. Formerly the paymaster's office at the NORCO butter factory in Jonson Street Byron Bay, this simple one room building was relocated to the site and placed on stumps in its present location overlooking Clarkes Beach. As the years went by additions were made to the original building. Imeson cottage has recently been renovated and now includes 2 bedrooms (sleeps four: master bedroom has one queen bed; second bedroom has two king singles that can join to form one king bed), kitchen/living, modern bathroom facilities, large outdoor deck area and ocean views to die for.

  • Mildenhall Cottage

    With Byron′s spectacular beach and hinterland vistas and direct access to Byron Bay′s main beach, Mildenhall Cottage offers the dream location to those who love nature and privacy. It is a stunning holiday escape in Cape Byron State Conservation Area - a national park holiday you won′t forget! Wake to water views and the sound of crashing surf. Chill at the cottage, relax on the beach or get out and enjoy Byron′s many activities. At day′s end sit back, enjoy a barbecue and watch the sun set over the hinterland. This environmentally friendly cottage showcases sustainability in practice with solar hotwater, solar back to the grid, water saving initiatives and energy efficient design.
  • Partridge Cottage

    Partridge Cottage recalls one of the great periods of the Australian way of life and provides an escape to one of Australia′s premier beach destinations. A national park holiday you won′t soon forget! One of original north coast beach shacks, tastefully renovated to reflect 1950s beach-life yet with all the modern comforts, Partridge Cottage and adjoining studio, Geoff′s Shed, are a step back in time. With direct access to Byron Bay′s main beach you are surrounded by wildlife in Cape Byron State Conservation Area. Wake to water views and the sound of crashing surf. Chill at the cottage, relax on the beach or get out and enjoy Byron′s many activities. At day′s end sit back, enjoy a BBQ and watch the sun set over the hinterland. Partridge Cottage (sleeps 5) can be booked separately or with Geoff′s Shed (sleeps 2). Partridge Cottage has a master bedroom (1 queen) and second bedroom (1 queen, 1 single) with a walk through to toilet facilities. Geoff′s Shed has a kitchenette, double bed and en suite.

    Nestled in littoral rainforest with direct access to Byron Bay′s main beach, Thomson Cottage offers the dream location to those who love nature and privacy. It is a stunning holiday escape in Cape Byron State Conservation Area - a national park holiday you won′t forget! From the spacious front deck or bedroom watch the surfers at The Pass, one of Australia′s best surfing locations, or just watch dolphins or humpback whales (May - Nov) pass by in the sanctuary of the surrounding Cape Byron Marine Park. At day′s end sit back, enjoy a barbecue and watch the sun set over the hinterland.
